Footprints Villa is a private luxury four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa sleeping up to 7 guests, located in the sought-after Can Singala area of Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca.
Recently renovated for the 2026 season, the villa has been thoughtfully redesigned to offer a more modern, stylish and comfortable stay, including a brand new kitchen, refreshed interiors and enhanced outdoor living spaces.
The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds, providing flexible accommodation for families and groups. There are two bathrooms, including a family bathroom with bath and shower and a spacious walk-in wet room.
Just moments from the sea, beaches and the iconic Pine Walk, the villa offers the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. Complimentary pool heating is included for autumn, winter and spring stays.
South-facing living spaces open directly onto the private pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. During the cooler months (March to mid-May and from mid-September), the pool is heated to approximately 25°C for added comfort.
A spacious roof terrace provides a peaceful retreat for sunbathing, with beautiful views across the Tramuntana mountains.
Everything you need is within easy walking distance — from local shops and cafés to restaurants and the seafront — making a car completely optional. Should you wish to hire a car, a private parking space is available directly in front of the villa.
The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and UK TV, along with a range of thoughtful touches including a complimentary Mallorcan produce welcome pack, bath towels, Egyptian cotton bedding, pool towels and The White Company toiletries.

LOCATION
Puerto Pollenca Bay is a stunning natural curve of sand, sea and a safe family location in which to relaxing and enjoy sunny, precious family holidays.
Footprints Villa is located at the western end of the bay, in Can Singala..a gathering of private homes, set just back from the famed Pine Walk...a 1km water edge pedestrian walkway dotted with mature pines, with the crystal clear sea lapping at the pocket beaches, jetties and places to eat and drink.
Airport transfer time is approximately 50 minutes to the villa.
